My forge server crashes when I go in or out a dimension

Whenever I am in a forge server and try and go in to a dimension it crashes well some times it crashes but occasionally I can get in the dimension but whenever I get in a try to leave it just crashes the server and says timed out or something

Please read the EAQ and provide the appropriate log(s).

1. Do not follow tutorials on YouTube, especially TechnoVision (previously called Loremaster) and HarryTalks, due to their promotion of bad practice and usage of outdated code.

3. Never copy and paste code. You won't learn anything from doing that.
