I started a survival play though a while back. Then I got a new PC so I transferred the world by moving the files. The fps was fine until I upgraded my gtx 1060 to an rtx 2070 and installed the drivers. I uninstalled the old drivers. My cursor is also choppy when I click singleplayer. I've tried other games like csgo and rainbow 6 and they were fine. I even tried Minecraft 1.14 and that was fine too. I tried checking if it said I have an rtx 2070 with f3 and it does. I have an i7 8700k and an rtx 2070. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the drivers. How can I fix this?

Make sure you have the "game-ready" drivers and not the other one. Nvidia is weird about drivers.

Other than that, try downgrading the drivers. Minecraft uses such an old version of OpenGL that I wouldn't be surprised if new drivers made it slower.
