So as the title says, is it possible to change empty hand behavior, so if wanted to, could i make it so if the player is wearing a certain item, he swings slower with a empty hand, also could i make the empty hand do more damage?

Also is there a way to prevent wielding items or weapons if the player wears said armor? Like make the item drop or move out of the quick bar when selected?

Override ItemArmor#onWornTick (can't remember the spelling) and checks the ItemStack the player is holding. If the ItemStack is not empty, drop it.
