Posted May 16, 20196 yr 1.13.2 crashes instantly when creating a new custom profile. I have had this problem for a while now and it's the same thing every time - "Failed to find Minecraft resource version 1.13.2-20190213.203750... etc" . I am not using any mods whatsoever, and I am not modifying the source or the profile itself in any way, all I am doing is installing forge and I receive this error. If anyone is able to help, I would be very appreciative. Keep in mind I am using the Twitch Launcher. The error log I copied from the "logs" folder: Spoiler [16:20:11] [main/INFO]: ModLauncher running: args [--username, Akhnaten, --version, forge-25.0.202, --gameDir, D:\Program Files\CurseForge\Instances\Vanilla 1.13.2\, --assetsDir, D:\Program Files\CurseForge\Install/assets, --assetIndex, 1.13, --uuid, 81b54527014f45a5b40ebc432f3e476b, --accessToken, ????????, --userType, mojang, --versionType, release, --width, 1024, --height, 768, --launchTarget, fmlclient, --fml.forgeVersion, 25.0.202, --fml.mcVersion, 1.13.2, --fml.forgeGroup, net.minecraftforge, --fml.mcpVersion, 20190213.203750][16:20:11] [main/INFO]: ModLauncher starting: java version 1.8.0_51[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: Added Lets Encrypt root certificates as additional trust[16:20:11] [main/FATAL]: Failed to find Minecraft resource version 1.13.2-20190213.203750 at D:\Program Files\CurseForge\Install\libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge\1.13.2-25.0.202\forge-1.13.2-25.0.202-client.jar[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: java.lang.RuntimeException: Missing minecraft resource![16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.FMLCommonLaunchHandler.lambda$validatePaths$4(FMLCommonLaunchHandler.java:119)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.FMLCommonLaunchHandler$$Lambda$108/1732502545.accept(Unknown Source)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at java.util.Spliterators$ArraySpliterator.forEachRemaining(Spliterators.java:948)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at java.util.stream.ReferencePipeline$Head.forEach(ReferencePipeline.java:580)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.FMLCommonLaunchHandler.validatePaths(FMLCommonLaunchHandler.java:116)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.FMLLoader.setupLaunchHandler(FMLLoader.java:185)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.FMLServiceProvider.initialize(FMLServiceProvider.java:82)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at cpw.mods.modlauncher.TransformationServiceDecorator.onInitialize(TransformationServiceDecorator.java:43)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at cpw.mods.modlauncher.TransformationServicesHandler.lambda$initialiseTransformationServices$7(TransformationServicesHandler.java:72)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at cpw.mods.modlauncher.TransformationServicesHandler$$Lambda$65/1122606666.accept(Unknown Source)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at java.util.HashMap$Values.forEach(HashMap.java:972)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at cpw.mods.modlauncher.TransformationServicesHandler.initialiseTransformationServices(TransformationServicesHandler.java:72)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at cpw.mods.modlauncher.TransformationServicesHandler.initializeTransformationServices(TransformationServicesHandler.java:33)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at cpw.mods.modlauncher.Launcher.run(Launcher.java:52)[16:20:11] [main/INFO]: [java.lang.ThreadGroup:uncaughtException:1052]: at cpw.mods.modlauncher.Launcher.main(Launcher.java:43) The log file itself is accessible via the link below EDIT: By the way, every other version including 1.12.2 work just fine and I don't get this error. I get the error, however, with every version of forge for 1.13.2. https://gist.github.com/Akhnatan/33138a854ae0027f9e3db6150f915897 Edited May 16, 20196 yr by Akhnaten
