danchar
First of all, if this is the wrong section, my apologies, I'm new on this website. Now for the issue... I set up an FTB Revelation server for a few friends and myself, and it was working great for a few days, but tonight, I've been having some huge issues regarding server lag. It was first noticeable as the normal kind of thing, ghost blocks, minor mob rubberbanding, etc. but it got progressively worse to the point of unplayability, where more than half the time, the server was trying to catch up (Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running x ms behind, skipping x ticks). This got to the point where the server was automatically shutting down because it was getting 60000 ms behind. I did some research and thought this could be a garbage collection issue, and adjusted the jvm arguments accordingly, using a suggested mix that I found on a forum. When that didn't work, I tried rolling back the server but that didn't work either, leaving me at a loss in terms of direction. Anybody have any ideas? For reference, the machine I'm running on has 16 GB ram and a 4670 i5 @ 3.4 GHz Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you have any questions or need me to link any files (like debug reports or anything) EDIT: Files added, but debug.log wouldn't upload, throwing an error "-200" -danchar latest.log profile-results-2019-05-23_10.29.00.txt Edited May 23, 2019 by danchar Adding files

Cadiboo
You seem to have tons of entities and also have a lot of stuff happening with unspecified block entities. I would suggest removing some entities and block entities. 1 Quote About Me Spoiler My Discord - Cadiboo#8887 My Website - Cadiboo.github.io My Mods - Cadiboo.github.io/projects My Tutorials - Cadiboo.github.io/tutorials Versions below 1.14.4 are no longer supported on this forum. danchar
I tried killing all entities, but the problem came back within minutes, any ideas? Edit: Also, the debug.log indicated some sort of memory leak, >25 times Edited May 24, 2019 by danchar
danchar
Issue resolved, the problem was a memory leak in Ender IO. Removing the mod seems to have solved the problem. Thank you for your help, @Cadiboo!
