Posted June 12, 20196 yr So I need to be able to download Forge through Windows, or it will not work. For .12 there's an option to download it for windows which I was able to do, however, none of the other installment options work, (trust me, I tried for hours.). I was wondering if there was going to be a windows installment option for 1.14 sometime? I really want to add mods to my game but I cannot do that without it. Thanks.

June 13, 20196 yr The installer is a normal jar file. Run it normally and it will install Forge for you. Java files can run on any OS, that’s pretty much the point of the language. Only download mods from trusted sites like CurseForge (minecraft.curseforge.com).
