My forge launch option won't load, need help figuring out how to fix crashing.

I've looked up every help video on the internet and my forge wont open, the launcher opens the forge option for a second but then it crashes. I have the recommended forge 1.12.2, and i'm playing on windows 10. My minecraft version is 1.14.2, but 1.12.2 on the forge launch.

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

It is, but that is mainly to set up configs per player, I think. I don't believe it is messing chest inventories. I can try to remove that one tho and see if it fixes anything.

After doing a bit of testing, it seems like every time that they were kicked out, they had taken something out of a chest, then it gives them this error “Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.util.zip.DataFormatException: invalid distance too far back”
