Forge 1.11.2 Keeps Crashing

Sorry for asking for help once again, but I have an odd situation. Without the mod: Extreme reactors, the game keeps crashing. But then I need to download, Zerocore for extreme reactors. But then it says that I need Forge 1.13.20 or above. So i'm stumped. Plus, I cant download that version of forge, because practically no one makes mods for that version, and I cant even install it.
