My modded server crashes after I load in for a few seconds, or it will time me out or disconnect me before it loads me into the world (which won't give me a crash report). Im going to put my latest crash report in. I  tried to get my game to crash after I removed foamfix, but it wouldn't so this is the latest crash report. I'm new to running a server any help or tips is greatly appreciated.

changed it from file download to pastebin for my crash report.

What are you running your server on? This crash is the result of the server running too slow to be playable so it gives up.

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

For players asking for assistance with Forge please expand the spoiler below and read the appropriate section(s) in its/their entirety.

I am using an Alienware X51 computer. It has 6G RAM, but I only dedicated 4G to the server. I actually don't know if I did the RAM dedication correctly, this is what it looks like

java -Xmx4G -Xms2G -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-universal.jar nogui
pause.

Also I was thinking maybe the Minecraft launcher was getting in the way of the server because it uses 3G of Ram, but i don't know if it would compete for RAM with the server.

Try removing Dynamic Trees, it's one of the more performance-heavy mods I've seen and you're once again having the issue of a single gametick taking over a minute
