Forge Installation Issues for Mac - "These libraries failed to download"

I am using a MacOS Mojave and am installing Forge for Minecraft 1.14.3. Everytime I try to install it I keep running into the same error window which says "These libraries failed to download. Try again." I don't know what any of this is supposed to mean for mac and any help is greatly appreciated. Here is a screenshot of the list of files:
