Minecraft is running very slow.

My friend and I wanted to play modded Minecraft since it had been a while and we got our mods. Everything was fine the first day we played and we had a good time. The next day everything stops working I cannot get into a game of Minecraft without the frame rate being 1 fps every like 5 seconds. This happens in multiplayer and singleplayer and I and confused as to what causes the issue. I have tried multiple forge versions, tried disabling all mods and nothing worked. Minecraft goes back to normal speed after I disable forge. I tried other Minecraft versions and they work fine. What I have determined is that I am running out of ram as Minecraft is using everything available when forge is installed. Any ideas as to what is causing the problem would be appreciated. Mod List included in image.
