"Error: could not find Java SE Runtime Environment" error box pops up when trying to open the forge installer

I've tried everything, i tried to look for help on Google, and Youtube, but nothings helpful or useful, i tried to look for help on the planet minecraft forums, but only one guy asking if i installed it, even i uninstalling and reinstalling java but no hope, can anyone please help? i had this problem since last week
