i cant create a forge 1.7.10 server

help me, i am trying to create a forge server in version 1.7.10, and i cant create because when i try to create the server, a message appears saying "A Java Exception has Ocurred.". What i can do to solve that???? also, i noticed that this crash appears when trying to start one of the jar files: and this crash too when trying to start the another jar file:

  I had the same Error before and then downloaded Connectivity and Cupboard. For me it worked afterwards but for another person that wanted to join me using the Essential Mod, it wasn't fixed. Please help https://mclo.gs/CWvUG96

  I have been trying to get minecraft to work for awhile now, but it always crashes with exit code 1. I have tried looking for logs, but there doesn't appear to be any and I can't understand enough to figure anything out with the launcher logs. I will provide the launcher logs, if you need anything else let me know. Launhcer_log3.txt launcher_log.txt
