Forge doesn't appear on the Launcher

I tried to install Forge to run some mods. When I installed forge version 1.12.2, it actually installed 1.13.2. I uninstalled it and tried another version (1.10.2). It stayed as 1.13.2 even after it, and I couldn't remove the installation profile. Any version before 1.13 isn't working.

I downloaded it from this site: https://files.minecraftforge.net/. I tried to create an installation and Forge didn't appear.

I need Forge to install mods. That is the historical version. Mods don't work in it.
