OptiFine 1.13.2 HD U E7 with Forge 25.0.219 doesn't work

You can check these images album for better references. I had everything in order but why doesn't it work?

That's weird though, because I've seen a lot of people did tutorials for it, and it worked perfectly, with having shaders while on mods in those versions.
