Forge 1.14.4 not working at all

I was playing version 1.12.2 before with forge installed and a few mods and all of them were working fine. Now I updated to 1.14.4 and installed forge without any problem but this forge release doesn't show up in launcher at all. I tried creating a new profile, reinstalling forge, and even reinstalling Minecraft with no luck. It works fine without forge.
