Forge Server Crashes

I'm trying to set up a modded minecraft for myself but everytime i startup the 1.12.2 forge universal, it crashes...

Heres what i got

Now it comes up with this

i did, where i downloaded it it didnt have any dependencies

curse forge, isnt that an official site?

A quick google reveals that the 1.12 version requires PTRLib. 

 

 

I mean look at the curseforge site. It's literally font size 5000. So you probably should've noticed it :)

even after that, i still ran into a problem, and im still not sure how to fix it

Again you are missing a mod that should have been listed as a dependency in the description of the mod that needs it.

Forgelin is a prerequisite of one of the mods you're running.

 

I get the distinct feeling you're not reading the pages of the mods you're installing before installing them.
