Old forge required for latest Far From Home mod. Need help.

I'm 100% new to modding Minecraft. I'm trying out Far From Home through Forge but it says the mod can only be loaded with the older version of the latter. Is there a way to fix this?

If not, then is there a way to use the said version of forge?
