Server with spongeforge on a hosting crashes

Hi, i wanted to start a server with my friends on 1.12.2 using spongeforge. I have an error at the server start that says:

[K[20:09:56] [Server thread/INFO] [FML]: The state engine was in incorrect state PREINITIALIZATION and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded.

I also found that Error and i don't really know what to do with it:

The filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site.

Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing.

 

You have at least one client-only mod on your server.

This is my Forum Signature, I am currently attempting to transform it into a small guide for fixing easier issues using spoiler blocks to keep things tidy.

 

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

When it comes to crashes like this during lifecycle events you can look down the list and check fore the first one that hasn't completed the lifecycle step.

In this case it's BetterHUD, which sounds like a client-only mod because HUDs don't exist on the server
