Minecraft Forge 1.8.9 crashes if I put a mod in folder

So my forge works when I launch it without mods in 1.8.9. However, if even a single mod is put, this msg comes - error Game crashed - An unexpected issue has occured and th egame has crashed. we r sorry for the inconvinience.

I am tired of researching on this and trying different methods. I have checked and all mods are 1.8.9. I even installed latest and reccommened forge version. All my drivers r up to date, and even java is.

Please Help me.

1.8 is no longer supported on this forum due to it's age.

 

Additionally you haven't attached an error log.

Hello.  How to attack an error log? also, even if its notsupported, can someone atleast help? Im so exhausted by researching. Also this shows
