Issue when installing, on Phase 1, 2/7

I was playing using the same version of forge (1.7.10forge10.13.4.1558) one day ago and it was working fine i logged in today and it crashes right at the end of phase 1 which is step 2/7 and by the end i mean all mods were loaded and as it was going to go to step 3/7 it crashes and gives me the error of ( java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1 ) here is the log it gave me with it and my list of mods I didn't exactly read through it as i have no idea what to look for so if anyone could point me in the direction of where to find a fix that'd be greatly appreciated thank you. i've also never had any problems with it, whenever i added a mod i added one and loaded up to make sure they all work together and they did. I have reinstalled forge tried updated versions followed a strange YouTube tutorial on how to fix    java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1   and it didn't work. No clue what to do this isn't my realm of expertise, thanks again for any help
