I can't install forge, for Minecraft 1.14.4.

(sorry, but i'm from Poland, and i can't talk in English very good) I'm trying to install forge for minecraft 1.14.4 but it splash cmd, so I update the java, and it plays better, but when I look at %appdata%/.minecraft/versions, there don,t be any 1.14.4 forge folder, and I open the launcher and there were this same.
