No Profile Created after Installing Forge 1.8.9

I've Installed Forge 1.8.9 and the libraries and the Versions Files have been created. But there is no Profile in the Launcher and I cant make one myself. So I deleted the libraries and the Versions File and tyed it again. And it's still not working. Then I've installed it for 1.14.4 again and when I start 1.14.4 the Modes arent accepted anymore. 1. of all how to get 1.8.9 working and 2. how to fix 1.14.4

1.8.9 is no longer supported on this forum due to its age.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.
