I have a problem with a texture pack and forge for version 1.10.2 (It happens in every forge version but this is the version I'm using). Block Culling only happens on full blocks without forge installed, but with it, it happens on full AND transparent blocks. This is for a map a youtuber made, in the video he said that "you have to disable  block culling in forge config" the problem is that I don't know how to disable it. Can anyone tell me how to disable it please?
