I have an AMD ryzen 1500x quad-core cpu, a radeon rx590 and 16GB of ram (8 are allocated to minecraft).

And my game runs like if I were running it on a machine from 2001 (maybe even worse) 1-5 fps max whilst vanilla gets 200+ fps on the same (lowest) settings

My game has been running like this for a while I tried many things to fix it for example: removing newly added mods, updating forge and mods, adding optifine, removing any and all configuration files.
