Can not install Forge MDK 1.14.4 - 28.1.0

When i try to run "gradlew.bat eclipse" or when i try "import existing gradle project" with eclipse, i get an error. Here it is, logged with eclipse:

How can i solve this problem?

I was following this tutorial. I assume it should be the same method for 1.14.4. Except i've red that you shouldnt run  ""grandlew setupDecompWorkspace" after minecraft 1.13.0 with needed version of forge.

Did you follow every step of the tutorial? Did you restart your IDE/CMD after the setup steps?

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.
