I am trying to host a private FTB Unstable 1.14 Server for me and my friends. Because a server pack doesn't seem to exist I am having some issues getting this to work. 

However, the mods itself doesn't seem to be the problem. I am using the recommended 1.14.4 Universal JAR. However, I get a message that states what is in the provided screenshot. For some reason, the Jar just straight won't load. Here is a direct link to what I am using. Any ideas?

I am running as an administrator. I am also using the latest 1.14.4 server from Minecraft.net.

Thanks for the advice, okay, so I used the installer for both the client and the server and I am still getting this message:

Okay here are the errors with the unmodified names. 

Error 3 is using the universal Jar 
The other two is when I use the forge server tool. 
I also included my crash reports.

Well thats the thing, the server window does try to come up and then closes immediately. So I don't know what's going on. unless it is up, but there doesn't seem to be activity on the cmd either. Or you are messing with me and I am missing this launcher file. If thats the case derp on me. 

Found the launcher file and it says I need to run the installer, even though I did run the installer. Now I am just confused. I don't know what installer to run? Here is what my folder looks like.

Figured it out for the most part, I didn't download the right versions. Now it tries to launch the launcher and ugh I get this:
