I need some odd entity help.

So I am making this entity chair style thing and well every time I spawn the entity and it is facing west and east it is exactly on top of the block yet facing north and south it shifts so it is in the corners of 4 blocks intersecting all of those. Not only is this annoying, but it messes with my offsets of the sitting player.

Any code can be provided.
