Why is my 1.12.2 modded minecraft crashing with optifine?

Hi, so recently my 1.12.2 modded minecraft was crashing instantly after loading with all optifine versions such as HD_U_F4(All 1.12.2). So I would like a solution, maybe a way to run mods with the optifine installation on the launcher, or just something causing the crash. Thanks! Error:

Not sure, says things about the 3BM mod, trying to turn it off rn and seeing if that's helping.

Optifine is a massive coremod, which instantly makes it a candidate for screwing up other things

Your Optifine version appears to be ancient, Optifine versions are only intended to be compatible with a specific version of Forge, which they denote in the changelog of each version
