forge modded server crashing

every  time I open  the forge file it crashes soon after but the vanilla server works fine

You can try removing some mods, and see if that works.

You are missing a mod, follow Diesieben's advice and the proper source will tell you which mod you're missing

I deleted and redownloaded all of the mods and the server still crashed

the server is now working 

but when I join the server it fails and this message comes up in the server log
