Forge 1.12.2 | installation's problem

hi!
i have some problems installing Forge 1.12.2.
i downloaded forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-installer-win ( https://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftf .. ), tried to install it and got this result:

rheth.jpg.90804eb316230c8922558813c5924fa6.jpg

 

so i tried again:

 fbndtnedr.jpg.371185b040af1a741af3fcced1585ff6.jpg

 

but when I pressed the button "play", everything stopped like this:

2bgdnd.thumb.jpg.7083af6b56607a77dee2e8cc4dce072e.jpg

 

I waited about twenty minutes, but nothing changed. only the inscription " preparing..."and an empty load bar. it doesn't crash, it just doesn't started.

 

could you hel me please? what files do I need to show for this?

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If it exists, delete .minecraft/libraries/org/ow2/asm-all/asm-all-5.2.jar and try again

I sent the contents of the file " installer.log", which was in the same folder as "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-installer-win". if I was wrong, where to find the right one?

The correct log is the one with the same name as the installer you ran, if you don't have one with a name that matches then delete the installer log and try installing again, then send the freshly generated log
