Launching forge on minecraft launcher and then It dosen't work

I launched forge 1.8.9 on the Minecraft launcher and then it supposedly launched but it was just blank still on my chrome page, I tried it again the same thing happened, then I tried 1.7.2 still didn't work, please tell me the solution

1.8.9 is no longer supported on this forum.

Update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

1. Do not follow tutorials on YouTube, especially TechnoVision (previously called Loremaster) and HarryTalks, due to their promotion of bad practice and usage of outdated code.
