This may be a stupid mistake

I have downloaded Forge server version 3.3.8.152 and when i unzip everything in the minecraft_server.jar file and click the .bat file a black screen opens for half a second and the server doesn't load. I tried to read what it sais and it is something like

Invalid corrupt jar. file minecraft_server.jar

I can play the game with no problems without forge.

What am I doing wrong? I have deleted the META-INF folder. PLEASE, I'M DEPERATE, JUST A LITTLE HELP WOULD BE AMAZING.

Try again, don't delete META-INF. It says it on the download page, but if you look at the included README-fml.txt it does not say to for the server. Misleading, eh?
