MODDING: achievements - getting duplicate stat id after a while

Ok so here is the problem, i'm getting it on MCP:

 

Once i added my achievements on my mod, and taking them several times, MCP started CRASHING AT START with an higher frequence every time i take my stat.... i think that if i delete the folder Jars/stats, the crashes stop until i take some more of my custom stats... does this error affect MINECRAFT CLIENT or only MCP? is there a way to fix it?
