Mods work in singleplayer but not in my forge server

I wanted to start up a forge server so i could have fun with my friends but the mod that i placed in the mods folder in my server directory doesn't seem to load, 

I have done everything correctly, i placed the mod in my mods folder in both my .minecraft directory and my server directory. The mod works on my singeplayer world but not in my server. 
I also followed the instructions in several youtube videos on how to setup a forge server with working mods.

This is how my server directory looks like:

Can someone help me on this?
