Updating a Minecraft mod from version 1.12 to 1.14

I am trying to update my mod from 1.12 to 1.14 and I’m not sure how to do this. I use eclipse for my modding, and I used the Minecraft modding courses through youthDigital to learn how to mod. I used to use their website to update my mod through my IDE, and it would do the process for me, but since their company has been bought out, I’ve been unable to upgrade the version for my mod.
