Minecraft mcp client cant connect to server?

Hello, after exporting my client it cant connect to a server.

 

Heres the error message:

 

Exception in thread "Server Connector #1" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: io/netty/channel/epoll/Epoll
at net.minecraft.network.NetworkManager.func_181124_a(NetworkManager.java:348)
at net.minecraft.client.multiplayer.GuiConnecting$1.run(GuiConnecting.java:65)

    They're incompatible with virtually every other mod since they directly modify vanilla code and replace vanilla files. Given that this is the Forge forums, and that the idea of jar mods goes against the whole concept of Forge, it's a highly discouraged practice on here.
