Forge wont load

I have been playing forge 1.12.2 for some time now but now every time i launch Forge 1.12.2 it launches and says "Preparing" but after it doesnt open minecraft but it says its open in the background. Everytime i 'End Task" and reopen it it just keeps doing the same thing. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling Minecraft, forge, minecraft laucnher, and Java just to be safe but I am still not able to get Minecraft to come up. I tried doing it without my mods folder and it works fine but I dont know why its doing that because I have the same mods that i was using when it was working.  please help me somebody.
