Every time i start version 1.15.2 it crashes but the mod folder is empty. It says I have mods installed in the loading screen then it goes to not responding screen. I have looked for a different .minecraft folder but it could still be possible.

As said by diesieben07, it is on your minecraft directory. But, if you are running client from your IDE (i.g. eclipse or IntelliJ Idea), you can find it on your workspace directory. Into that there is run/logs/debug.log

As we're not in modder support I don't think we need to add any extra confusion

This is my Forum Signature, I am currently attempting to transform it into a small guide for fixing easier issues using spoiler blocks to keep things tidy.

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

For players asking for assistance with Forge please expand the spoiler below and read the appropriate section(s) in its/their entirety.

My apologizes about all this I wasn't a where of the log I needed at first . Hopefully this was somewhat entertaining for you but I do still need help. Every time I launch the forge it crashes right away and before I was using a mod that also happened to do that. I was never able to taker out that mod. I restarted the PC and it was empty so I thought the mod was still loaded. Is there anyway you can help me resolve the not responding error? sorry for the inconvenience
