Constantly remove dropped items

Hi, Im trying to build a huge modpack for low end machines. While optifine compsensates insanely, there is problem with dropped items. Whenever I start a world there are masses of crops dropped. With optifine I can set dropped items quality, but it doesnt have enough good effect for the game. Im currently looking for a mod that would remove those items, since I have gravestone mod, I do not have to care about collecting items on death. Please help

Unfortunately, someone died on my server causing several million xporbs to go cascading everywhere. This has caused my server to become an unplayable wreck https://xrank.one/xvideos/.

Is there any way to clear dropped items and obviously, orbs?
