My own Modpack is nice, but... server closed

Hey Minecraftfriends,

So my problem is that i wanted to play a Modpack on a minecraft server hosted by Zaphosting. Its a modpack that a bunch of youtuber played 2 years ago in the 1.12.2.

I installed it on my server and first it worked but after a few minuted there was a "server closed" message and we all got kicked. After I started the server again, 2 minutes later it crashed again. I tried so many things but nothing worked. 

My studies about the crash report were really not a thing that give me a clue to solve that situation. Now im thinking: Okay, there are experts in a forum, so why not asking?

 

To come to an conclusion, please check my crash report and tell me whats wrong. We have 4 GB Ram on our server, it that our problem is it to less?. The Dashboard says no.
