I've read multiple forums and sites over the best JVM args to use when running a server. The most i've found was too old for modern minecraft and the other were for clients and not servers.

So, what are the best Java runtime args that one could use on a modded server?

With servers you don't really need JVM arguments but here are mine;

java -Xmx2048M -Xms2048M -jar server.jar nogui
PAUSE

Just copy that and paste it straight into a text document in your server folder and then name it "run.bat"
