I tried to just look in the StoneCutterBlock, but in the game the gui opens and instantly closes for it.

  @Override
    public boolean onBlockActivated(BlockState state, World worldIn, BlockPos pos, PlayerEntity player, Hand handIn, BlockRayTraceResult hit) {
        if (!worldIn.isRemote) {
            player.openContainer(state.getContainer(worldIn, pos));
            //player.addStat(Stats.INTERACT_WITH_STONECUTTER);
        }
        return true;
    }

    @Override
    public INamedContainerProvider getContainer(BlockState state, World worldIn, BlockPos pos) {
        return new SimpleNamedContainerProvider((id, playerInventory, player) -> new StonecutterContainer(id, playerInventory, IWorldPosCallable.of(worldIn, pos)), NAME);
    }

Containers check that their corresponding block actually still exists (so that the GUI closes if someone else mines the block, etc.).

If you want to use StonecutterContainer you need to have an actual vanilla Stonecutter block at that position.

If I wanted to make an exact copy of the stonecutter, and make it for just sand,gravel recipes. How hard would it be? So it would be not able to make stonecutter recipes in them, just my new ones. Thanks!
