1.15.2 “These library’s failed to download” error.

I am trying to install Forge In minecraft 1.15.2

 

I updated to the latest version of Java, and have run minecraft 1.15.2 prior to attempting the install. 
 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I did re-install it actually. And I replaced it with the latest version.

I should also mention that I was able to install Forge on 1.12

Ahh, I just figured out what it is. I have a plug-in installed on google called covenant eyes. I bet that’s what the issue is.
