Can't break item frames when Forge is loaded

As the tittle says : i can't break any items frames when forge is loaded, not with the hand or with any Tools, though other players can break my items frames. I'm quite sure this issue is related to Forge since i can still break items frames without Forge.

The issue is the same on a server or on a local offline game.

Curse/Overwolf: If you are using the Curse Launcher, their configurations break Forge's log settings, fortunately there is an easier workaround than I originally thought, this works even with Curse's installation of the Minecraft launcher as long as it is not launched THROUGH Twitch:

As you recommanded in downloaded the latest version (31.1.35) but i'm sorry to say that i still have the item frame issue.

Are you sure you're not just on a dedicated server that you're not opped on?

Spawn protection is a thing on dedicated servers and you need to be opped to bypass it.

i'm sure of that .

the issues appears when Forge is loaded, desappears when forge is not loaded. i ve been playing on that server for 4 years, and i never had this issue before.

Also : i have that issue on solo maps too when forge is loaded

No i did not have any mod Added during this.

As other people playing with forge confirmed they did not have that issue, I fixed the problem with a complete re-installation.

deleted .Minecraft folder, uninstall and reinstall of Minecraft, made a Java update and installed latest version of Forge (forge-1.15.2-31.1.37).

  I have compiled a modpack of about 230 mods for Minecraft 1.20.1 on forge 47.4.0. I am not seeing any problems of dependencies, just the single error of some kind of plug in. I don't know what is happening with it or how to fix it. [20:08:49] [main/ERROR]:Error loading companion plugin class [com.stereowalker.tiered.mixin.TieredMixinPlugin] for mixin config [tiered.mixins.json]. The plugin may be out of date: UnsupportedClassVersionError:com/stereowalker/tiered/mixin/TieredMixinPlugin has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 65.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 61.0
