Hi everyone, I’ve been working on managing multiple Forge setups across different Minecraft versions, mainly for testing mods and comparing performance between builds. One issue I keep running into is how quickly instability appears when switching between different mod combinations. Even small changes in dependencies can lead to crashes or unexpected behavior. For example, when testing gameplay-heavy setups (similar to fast-paced games like GeometrryDash in terms of reaction timing and performance sensitivity), even slight lag spikes or inconsistencies in frame timing can completely affect the experience. I’m trying to understand what workflow others use to keep things stable: Do you isolate each version in separate environments? How do you track mod compatibility across updates? Any recommended tools for debugging performance drops? Would appreciate any best practices from experienced modders. Thanks!
