so as the title suggests i had this and when i attempted any fix i found online it did not fix it. i did finally get it to do something but then got could not create the virtual machine error.

then i did a fix and added to the heap 512m  and i still get this error.   i just got a new machine with a 1070 ftw card and i want to use shaders.    please help..........
