Forge server crashing.

This isnt my first time hosting a forge server but im having a weird problem. If i start the server double clicking the server forge jar everything works fine, a server with 500mb of ram with the ulgy minecraft server gui.

Now, if i try to execute the server with a CMD because its best that using the minecraft gui and you can set more ram, the server crashes instantly, no crash reports, no logs.
