[1.12.2] Newbie and missing library

So, when i was bored, i thought it will be good idea to learn how to make mods. My idea failed because of this error:

I tried to find help how to resolve it. Sadly, every idea i saw how to resolve it doesn't worked. I'm using eclipse and jdk 1.8.0_251. And sorry, if your eyes are bleeding after potato english...
