Netbeans runtime errors

Hello. I have Forge 1.5.2 set up with Netbeans 7.3, following the setup instructions to the letter, as far as I can tell. However, when I click run inside the IDE, I get this:

Running startclient.bat works fine. What do I need to do to fix this?
